Paying Your Bill
Billing and payment options
Automatic/Recurring payment options:
You can automatically have your monthly bill paid by credit card or deducted directly from your checking account. This is a great option for those that enjoy autopay and the freedom of not needing to remember to make a payment each month.
- Credit Card – Your payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 15th of each month for the amount due
- Checking Account – Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account on the 15th of every month for the amount due
Monthly payment options:
You can also choose to manually pay your bill each month. There are several options for your convenience:
- Check by phone: We can take a payment by check over the phone. Simply call our offices and have your checkbook handy.
- Credit/Debit card payment by phone: We can charge your debit or credit card over the phone. Call our office and have your card handy.
- Payment drop off: You can always stop by our office in Graettinger and pay by check, credit or debit card, or cash during our business hours.
- Drop box: If you are unable to stop by our office during business hours to make a payment, you can place your cash or check payment in our outdoor drop box for a convenient after-hours payment. Your payment will be processed the following business day.
Pay your bill online
Step 1: At the top of the Estherville Communications homepage, click the link titled “Pay Your Bill.”
Step 2: A new screen will appear. Click “Register here.”
Step 3: Using the information from your most recent Estherville Communications bill:
- Enter your invoice number in the blank (the invoice number is listed under your account number on your bill)
- Enter the amount due in the blank (the amount due is found on your bill)
Step 4: Create your login credentials
- Create a username – This will be used every time you log in to view your bill
- Create a password – This will be used every time you log in to view your bill. The password must contain at least 6 characters.
- Enter your email address (a confirmation email will be sent to activate your login)
- Choose a security question and fill in your corresponding answer. This question will ensure that your account isn’t compromised by someone else.
- Click “Register”
Note: Keep your username and password in a safe place. You will need these credentials whenever you want to view your invoice or pay your bill.
Step 5: You will see a “success” message
Step 6: An email will be sent to your email address. Open the email and click on the link to activate your account. Note that the email may come to your spam folder.
Step 7: A new screen will appear. Click “Confirm.”
You are now able to view your invoice online.
Pay your bill automatically with a credit card or checking account
If you don’t want to keep track of due dates and write out checks, call our office or stop in to pay your bill. There are a variety of ways you can automatically pay your bill every month.
Credit card:
You can automatically pay your bill with your credit card each month.
Note: Your payment will process automatically on the 15th of each month for the amount due.
To set up a credit card payment, please fill out the Credit Card Payment form and mail it to or drop it off at our office.
Checking account:
You can automatically pay your bill through your checking account each month.
Note: Your payment will process automatically on the 15th of each month for the amount due.
To set up an automatic checking account payment, please fill out the ACH Bank Collection form, attach a voided check and mail it to or drop it off at our office.
Important Billing & Payment Dates
When to expect your monthly bill
Estherville Communications bills for services the month ahead. For example, we bill you for your November services on November 1st.
Your bill arrives in the mail sometime between the 1st and 5th of the month. For example, your bill for your November services will arrive in the mail sometime between November 1st and 5th.
Due dates for monthly bill payments
Payments are due on the 20th of each month. For example, payments for the month of November are due on November 20th.
Paperless Billing
I don't like to use paper; can you send my bill to my email address?
Yes! Estherville Communications offers “paperless billing.” Instead of receiving a paper bill in the mail, we can simply email your bill to you. You can also choose to receive both a paper bill in the mail and an emailed copy.
